Jennifer Monteleone, APR Agency Director As an accredited public relations practitioner, Jennifer Monteleone has served clients in the technology, health care, retail and not-for-profit fields for more than 14 years. A recent transplant from the Pacific Northwest, Ms. Monteleone was hired to manage the overwhelmingly successful campaign to build a new public library in the Village of Mount Kisco, New York, in November 2005. Prior to moving to the East Coast, Ms. Monteleone led a marketing communications and special events firm based in Seattle, Wash., and also served in corporate marketing communications and public relations departments for GTE Wireless, Premera Blue Cross and the Bellevue Philharmonic Orchestra. Highlights of her career include concepting and producing 107 Weddings and The End, where couples were married on Valentine’s Day at the Westlake Center Mall in Seattle, Wash. This event received national media coverage with the participation of MTV’s Real World Seattle cast. She also concepted and produced the community event, Fill the Bus with Food, to fight hunger in the Puget Sound region. Partnering with Starbucks and GTE Wireless, a Metro bus was filled with 15,000 pounds of food. |
